Gamification : For the Consumer

•The objective for gamification when designing for the consumer would be to increase the business that the consumer is doing with us and encourage higher levels of engagement and loyalty. For this to happen, the consumer must be aware of the different products and services that your organization is offering to them.

  Gamification provides the capability to draw customers into activities, increase loyalty and encourage behavior that creates a more active customer / company relationship.
